Job summary

Eldercare is seeking a Night Concierge for Aura Luxury Retirement Resort in Findon, SA. This part-time role (0.2FTE) covers Thursday nights from 23:30 to 07:30, focusing on greeting residents, safety, and daily operational tasks during overnight hours.

You’ll be the friendly face ensuring smooth operations, security, and comfort while residents enjoy a high-end, caring environment. Prior experience in admin or customer service is valued.

Qualifications

  • Experience in administration, customer service, or a similar multi-tasking role.
  • A valid South Australian Driver’s Licence is desirable for occasional chauffeuring.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage warmly and professionally.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • A personable, friendly manner and genuine empathy for residents from diverse backgrounds.

About the Role

Asa nightConcierge at Aura, you will be the welcoming face of the resort during overnight hours, ensuring the smooth operation, security, and comfort of our community.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and directing phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Monitoring security via cameras and routine site walks to ensure the premises is safe and secure.
  • Acting as the first point of call for all after-hours resident enquiries and emergency vehicles arriving on site.
  • Assisting with key card issues and access concerns.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the concierge area, vehicles, and communal spaces, including floors, windows, and furniture.
  • Cleaning up after late events, including rubbish removal, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and rearranging furniture.
  • Supporting residents with direct requests and being adaptable to ad hoc needs.
  • Running reports and collating information to prepare for the next business day.
  • Acting as a true advocate for all services Aura offers, ensuring residents feel supported and cared for.
