Job summary

Queensland Country Bank in Mount Isa is seeking a Personal Banking Consultant (Lending) to educate Members on features, benefits, setup and ongoing use of our lending products. The role supports lending activities including Personal Loans, Credit Cards and Loans administration, with a 38-hour week.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and customer service, demonstrated sales experience and cash handling ability, with Lending experience considered desirable.

About The Role

We are seeking a friendly and genuine team player to join our Mount Isa branch team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in the finance industry or who is seeking a good work/life balance.

As a Personal Banking Consultant (Lending), you will be expertly skilled across our products and services to educate Members on the features, benefits, set up and ongoing use. In addition, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate lending experience or a willingness to learn lending - starting with Personal Loans, Credit Cards and Loans administration.

This is a full-time position based on a 38-hour work week.
