Job summary

Westpac Broadbeach is recruiting a Personal Banking Advisor to assist customers with their banking needs and provide tailored advice on Westpac products and services.

This part-time role will involve a 35-hour week across Monday to Friday, 8:45am–4:15pm, with comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you thrive in a busy, customer-focused environment.

No banking experience? No problem—Westpac provides training and hands-on guidance to help you flourish and advance your career.

What's the role?

A Personal Banking Advisor at Westpac is a professional who assists customers with their banking needs, offering tailored advice and solutions. They help with tasks like opening accounts, managing finances, and providing guidance on Westpac's products and services. Their role is customer-focused, aiming to build strong relationships and ensure a positive banking experience.

This is a part-time position working 35 hours per week, spread out over 5 days, Monday to Friday 8:45am – 4.15pm.

What do I need?

• Proven experience in meeting and exceeding KPI targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships to support sales and banking needs.
