Job summary

Bendigo Bank is seeking a Personal Banker for its Mitchell Street Branch to deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet end-to-end banking needs.

You’ll help customers with enquiries, educate them on online platforms, and recommend products that fit their goals, including personalised lending options. This permanent, full-time role offers on-site work in Mitchell Street and a pathway for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customer's needs.
• Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone.
• Ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.

• Experience in consumer lending is a plus but not essential.
