Bendigo Bank in Westcourt Cairns is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver an exceptional customer experience by meeting end-to-end banking needs.

You'll assist customers with enquiries, educate them on online platforms, and suggest products that fit their goals, from everyday accounts to lending options. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract with a roster that supports our communities and a focus on digital literacy.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customer needs.
• Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone.
• Ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.
