Overview

Mobile Banker role at Beyond Bank Australia, based in Sydney, NSW. Fully flexible role with the ability to work remotely or from Sydney locations. Salary range: $120,000 to $140,000 per year (with company vehicle).

In This Role, You Will

• Build and nurture strong networks across greater Sydney, uncovering new opportunities in dynamic local communities.
• Drive home lending growth in key regions like the Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs, and Inner West.
• Take initiative in generating leads across lending, insurance, wealth, and business banking.
• Engage in meaningful, consultative conversations to truly understand and meet customer needs.
• Deliver bespoke lending solutions with a focus on exceptional service and long-term relationships.
• Play a key role in driving business success in your designated region.

Qualifications

About You

• Demonstrated business development experience and networking skills
• Home lending experience
• High-level sales skills with an exceptional member focus
• Previous success in relationship management and identifying new business relationships
• The ability to carry out needs-based conversations
• Exceptional communication, organisational and time-management skills
• The ability to make a positive contribution to the local community
• Strong lending experience is highly desirable
