Uniting Vic.Tas in Sale, Victoria, is seeking an experienced business support professional to provide administration and coordination across the Children, Youth and Families directorate. You will manage diaries, meetings, communications and documentation for the Heads of The Orange Door and the Family Violence Stream, helping the directorate run smoothly.

You’ll provide practical, responsive administration and coordination across our Children, Youth and Families directorate.
Supporting the Heads of The Orange Door and Family Violence Stream, you’ll help coordinate the day-to-day activities that keep the directorate running smoothly. This includes diaries, meetings, communications and documentation, as well as reporting, workforce administration and directorate-wide initiatives.
It’s a varied role where you’ll work with people across Uniting, keep multiple priorities on track and ensure information and administrative processes flow effectively. You’ll also have the opportunity to identify simpler and more efficient ways of working.
You’re an experienced business support or administration professional who can bring order to competing priorities, exercise sound judgement and build trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
