Uniting Limited is seeking an experienced administration professional to provide practical, responsive support to two senior leaders within the AOD, Wellbeing & Homelessness Services directorate. You will coordinate diaries, meetings, communications and documentation and assist with reporting and workforce administration to keep the directorate running smoothly.

You’ll provide practical, responsive administration and coordination across our AOD, Wellbeing & Homelessness Services directorate.
Supporting the Heads of AOD & Mental Health and Homelessness & Social Inclusion, you’ll help coordinate the day-to‑day activities that keep the directorate running smoothly. This includes diaries, meetings, communications and documentation, as well as reporting, workforce administration and directorate‑wide initiatives.
It’s a varied role where you’ll work with people across Uniting, keep multiple priorities on track and ensure information and administrative processes flow effectively. You’ll also have the opportunity to identify simpler and more efficient ways of working.
You’ll have the flexibility to be based at any Uniting office, with hybrid working from home and occasional attendance at our Melbourne Head Office on Lonsdale Street.
