Uniting Vic.Tas is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide practical, responsive administration and coordination across our AOD, Wellbeing & Homelessness Services directorate in Melbourne. You will support the Heads of AOD & Mental Health and Homelessness & Social Inclusion, managing diaries, meetings, communications and documentation to keep the directorate running smoothly.
This permanent full-time role offers hybrid work from home with occasional attendance at our Melbourne Head
You'll provide practical, responsive administration and coordination across our AOD, Wellbeing & Homelessness Services directorate.
Supporting the Heads of AOD & Mental Health and Homelessness & Social Inclusion, you'll help coordinate the day-to-day activities that keep the directorate running smoothly. This includes diaries, meetings, communications and documentation, as well as reporting, workforce administration and directorate-wide initiatives.
It's a varied role where you'll work with people across Uniting, keep multiple priorities on track and ensure information and administrative processes flow effectively. You'll also have the opportunity to identify simpler and more efficient ways of working.
You'll have the flexibility to be based at any Uniting office, with hybrid working from home and occasional attendance at our Melbourne Head Office on Lonsdale Street.
You're an experienced business support or administration professional who can bring order to competing priorities, exercise sound judgement and build trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
