Tradewind Australia Pty is welcoming applications for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Education team in Melbourne. This hybrid role runs 11:30–20:00 with a salary of 66k–70k plus commissions, offering strong earning potential in a supportive culture.

You will interview educators, build lasting relationships, coordinate daily bookings and work closely with teams to ensure placements are right for schools and students.

Recruitment Consultant

Hybrid Role | 11:30 - 20:00 | 66k - 70k + commissions

As part of Tradewind Australia's Education team, you will become the trusted point of contact for our community of teachers. You will interview educators, build lasting relationships, coordinate daily bookings and work closely with the team to ensure every placement is the right fit.

No two days are the same. One minute you'll be interviewing a new graduate teacher, the next you will be solving a same-day staffing request or helping a long-term teacher find their next opportunity. You will work alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants, Business Development Managers and Compliance Specialists, giving you exposure to the entire recruitment lifecycle.

We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
