Job summary

What The Fresh in Wangara is seeking a reliable packing team member for a full-time role at our food manufacturing facility. The position runs across four days per week (Sun, Mon, Wed, Thu) with start times around 8:00am to 6:00pm and a 38-hour week.

You will pack and label products, check orders, maintain hygiene, complete records, and support dispatch. Training is provided; the role offers a permanent four-day schedule and opportunities to develop within our growing business.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced food production environment.
• Able to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Pack and label food products accurately.
• Check products against orders and production requirements.
• Make sure packaging, labels and date coding are correct.
• Complete basic production and packing records.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitising equipment and production areas.
• Report damaged products, incorrect labels or other issues to the supervisor.
• Work closely with the kitchen, production and dispatch teams.
• Complete other reasonable production and packing duties when required.
