Momentum Consulting is hiring a Packer/Production Worker for a busy FMCG packaging site in Sydney. The role offers a 4-day week with early starts and Fridays off, with a temp-to-perm path for the right candidate.

You will pack, prep and label products across multiple lines, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while maintaining a clean workspace and meeting production targets.

About the role

You'll be working within a busy production environment, assisting with the packing and preparation of products across a variety of production lines.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in their work and can maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
