Momentum Consulting Group is screening experienced Machine Operators for a fast-paced FMCG packaging environment in Sydney. The role offers a four-day week, giving a Friday off, with early starts and potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

You will operate and set up packaging machinery, monitor production, handle basic troubleshooting, and ensure food safety procedures are followed. A strong team player with reliability and initiative will thrive.

Qualifications

• Hands-on machine operating experience in FMCG/food manufacturing or packaging environments.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain quality standards.
• Mechanically minded with troubleshooting skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of packaging machinery across lines.
• Set up machines and manage changeovers.
• Monitor production and product quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues.
• Multi-task across multiple production lines.
• Work autonomously once trained and follow food safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team to meet production targets.
