Journey Early Learning is seeking a warm, reliable Permanent Float Educator to join the Durack Heights team. This role is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, and focuses on supporting children's development, wellbeing, and learning across all age groups.

We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our Durack Heights team as a Permanent Float Educator.
In this role, you’ll support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing across all age groups, providing consistency and support wherever it’s needed most. Working alongside a collaborative team, you’ll help create safe, engaging, and play‑based learning environments where children feel confident, connected, and supported to grow.
