MacKillop Family Services in Sydney seeks a Coordinator to provide operational leadership and ensure DCJ contractual compliance while delivering high‑quality services for children, young people and families.
The role collaborates with caseworkers on specialist casework, supports permanency planning, and embeds the Sanctuary Model across systems and practice. It is a fixed term contract from Sep 2026 to Jun 2027, with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Coordinator provides operational leadership and ensures compliance with MacKillop’s Policy and Procedures, OOHC standards, relevant legislation and DCJ contractual requirements. The Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of high-quality services to provide positive outcomes for children, young people and their families.
