Job summary

Terumo Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive revenue in the Peripheral Vascular and Interventional Radiology portfolios. You will identify opportunities, develop long-term partnerships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction with hospital clients.

The role requires a proven hospital sales track record, strong CRM and MS Office skills, a full Australian driver’s licence, and the ability to plan territory strategies and deliver compelling product

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in hospital sales
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Strong MS Office skills
• Full Australian driver's licence
• Ability to build territory plans and meet customer needs

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve revenue targets by selling to new and existing clients
• Negotiate pricing and discounts per policy; support with technical issues
• Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and product demonstrations
• Identify new business through cold calling, referrals, and visits
• Maintain relationships to maximize client satisfaction and repeat business
• Prepare proposals, tenders, and account management plans
• Provide clinical training and product demonstrations
• Manage stock and pre-case coordination with customers
