Job summary

Alor Group is partnering with leading private hospitals and day surgeries across Sydney to recruit experienced Scrub Scouts and Anaesthetics nurses for perioperative teams. Roles span orthopaedics, ophthalmology, neurosurgery, ENT, plastics and more, with modern theatres and advanced equipment.

These full-time positions offer Monday–Friday rosters with occasional on-call; OTE up to AU$130,000 p.a. plus super and salary packaging.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years post-registration experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Proven recent Scrub Scout and/or Anaesthetics experience.
• Excellent knowledge of aseptic technique and perioperative best practice.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in Scrub Scout and Anaesthetics lists.
• Support surgeons and anaesthetists in high-volume elective cases.
• Maintain aseptic technique and patient safety throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary theatre teams to ensure smooth operating lists.
