Alor Group is partnering with leading private hospitals and day surgeries across Sydney to recruit experienced Scrub Scouts and Anaesthetics nurses for perioperative teams. Roles span orthopaedics, ophthalmology, neurosurgery, ENT, plastics and more, with modern theatres and advanced equipment.

These full-time positions offer Monday–Friday rosters with occasional on-call; OTE up to AU$130,000 p.a. plus super and salary packaging.

Competenze

• Minimum 3–5 years post-registration experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Proven recent Scrub Scout and/or Anaesthetics experience.
• Excellent knowledge of aseptic technique and perioperative best practice.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.

OTE Up to $110,000 p.a - $130,000 p.a + Super + Salary Packaging (Depending on experience and client)

About The Opportunity:

Alor Group are partnering with a number of leading private hospitals and day surgeries across Sydney, seeking experienced Scrub Scouts & Anaesthetics Nurses to join their established Perioperative teams.

Key Specialities include:

• Orthopaedics - Including joint replacements, arthroscopy and trauma
• Ophthalmology - Including Cataract, Glaucoma, Corneal and Oculoplastics
• Neurosurgery & Spinal
• ENT
• Oral & Maxillofacial
• Plastics
• Pain Management
• Anaesthetics

These roles are suited to experienced theatre nurses seeking exposure to specialist, high-volume elective surgical lists within modern private hospital and day-surgery settings.

• Theatre departments ranging from smaller, boutique services with 4 operating rooms through to large, multi-theatre acute private hospital complexes with up to 22 operating rooms.

• Join experienced leadership and multidisciplinary theatre teams, with many managers and senior clinical staff bringing 15+ years' experience within their specialty fields.
• Permanent opportunities across both acute private hospital and specialist day-surgery settings, allowing you to find a role that best suits your clinical background and roster preferences.

About You

• Full AU/NZ Work Rights (No Sponsorship is provided)
• Minimum 3-5 years' post-registration experience as a Registered Nurse
• Proven recent Scrub Scout and/or Anaesthetics experience.
• Excellent knowledge of aseptic technique and perioperative best practice
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centred care
• Ability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday (AM into PM Shifts depending on the client).

As these roles are specialist, nurses who apply without suitable Anaesthetics or Scrub Scout experience will not be considered.
