Job summary

Greenslopes Private Hospital is seeking a Scrub/Scout Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join the theatre team. You’ll provide sterile scrub support or circulating scout duties, ensuring aseptic technique and patient safety throughout anesthesia and surgery.

We value strong communication, teamwork and the ability to manage emergencies in a dynamic perioperative setting, with access to excellent on-site facilities and support for skill development.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.
• Min 2 years perioperative experience as Scrub/Scout nurse.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and manage emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as sterile scrub nurse or circulating scout, supporting the surgical team.
• Maintain aseptic techniques, patient safety and intraoperative coordination.
