West Gippsland Healthcare Group is seeking a Theatre & Day Surgery Leader (Nurse Manager) to oversee our perioperative services. This role offers flexible start/finish times, job share options, and a 10-hour day/4-day week by negotiation.

You will provide operational and clinical leadership across Operating Theatre, Day Surgery, Anaesthetics and PACU, working with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Formación

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Experience within Theatre, Day Surgery and/or perioperative services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commitment to patient-centred care and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Theatre and Day Surgery services as part of the leadership team.
• Provide operational and clinical leadership across perioperative services.
• Drive workforce planning, governance, quality improvement and service development.
