Carejobz Perioperative Specialists in Warragul, VIC is seeking a Theatre & Day Surgery Leader (Nurse Manager) to deliver operational and clinical leadership across Theatre, Day Surgery, Anaesthetics and PACU/Recovery. You will work with surgeons, anaesthetists and the multidisciplinary team to drive patient-centred care, governance and service improvement, while developing staff and shaping the perioperative program.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA in Australia.
• Experience in Theatre or perioperative services is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Carejobz is recruiting a Theatre & Day Surgery Leader (Nurse Manager) for a well-regarded public health service in Warragul, Victoria. This role suits an experienced perioperative nurse ready to take on operational and clinical leadership across Theatre, Day Surgery, Anaesthetics and PACU/Recovery.

About the Facility

A public health service in the Baw Baw Shire, Victoria, about 30 minutes from Pakenham in non-peak traffic, in one of Victoria's fastest-growing regions.

The Role

You will provide operational and clinical leadership across the Operating Theatre, Day Surgery, Anaesthetics and PACU/Recovery, working closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care.

In this role, you will:
