Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong capability in data warehousing, business intelligence, reporting and data visualisation using platforms like Power BI or similar.
• Experience managing and optimising business systems, integrations and digital solutions.
• Experience with CRM, POS, ticketing, ERP/HRIS or similar and integration of data into warehouse/reporting environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience working with vendors and technology partners to improve system capability and ROI.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing optimisation of NTAQ's business systems across departments.
• Support implementation and development of the data warehouse environment for meaningful insights.
• Develop dashboards, automate workflows and improve data movement across the organisation.
