Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in school settings or programs.
• Ability to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Strong collaboration and communication with staff, students and families.
• Experience in managing program outcomes and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead the designated program in the school.
• Supervise teachers engaged in the program throughout the school.
• Induct new teachers within the program (or supervise induction).
• Monitor program outcomes for students and address areas of concern.
• Coordinate the work of staff engaged in delivering the designated program.
• Regularly communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the program.
• Organise program activities including resources, transport, operations, staff, etc.
• Keep abreast of best practice in the program area through on-going professional reading and research.
• Contribute to the leadership of the school through active participation in staff and middle leadership meetings.
• Manage financial and material resources within the area of responsibility including budgets and expenditure.
