Job summary

Suncorp in Australia’s Queensland region seeks a performance analytics professional to join the Claims and Product Performance and Insights team. You will partner with Home Claims, Finance and supplier stakeholders to strengthen supply chain performance, transparency and alignment, and translate complex data into clear insights that support informed decisions and business cases.

This hybrid role requires 50% office attendance and offers a range of benefits through Suncorp's Shine platform,

Qualifications

• Degree in business, economics, finance, statistics or related discipline.
• Minimum three years’ experience in a reporting, analytics or performance-focused role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and facilitating discussions across competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

• Track supplier and supply chain performance across cost, service and quality outcomes.

About the Role

Join the Claims and Product Performance and Insights team within Consumer Insurance. You will partner with Home Claims, Finance and supplier stakeholders to strengthen supply chain performance, transparency and alignment. You will define performance frameworks, track cost, service and quality outcomes, and translate complex data into clear insights. Your recommendations will support informed decisions, optimisation initiatives and business cases that improve operational, financial and customer outcomes. This hybrid role requires 50% office attendance.

What You'll Do

Define and govern supply chain performance frameworks, measures and reporting standards

Track supplier and supply chain performance across cost, service and quality outcomes

Lead engagement with Home Claims, Finance and supplier stakeholders to improve performance transparency and alignment

Provide detailed performance insights, trend analysis and clear narratives to inform decision-making

Identify optimisation opportunities and support supply chain initiatives and business cases

Guide the design of reporting assets, scorecards and benefits tracking processes

What You'll Bring

A relevant degree in business, economics, finance, statistics or a related discipline is preferred

At least three years’ experience in a reporting, analytics or performance-focused role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience translating data into practical recommendations

Experience working with senior stakeholders and facilitating discussions across competing priorities

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word capability

Insurance claims, supplier performance or supply chain knowledge is highly regarded
