Job summary

Bendigo Bank is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Performance Measurement to join the Performance Measurement & Modelling team. The role focuses on high-level financial analysis, insights, and solutions to support data-driven decisions across the group.

You will partner with Finance leaders, shape targets and forecasts, and refine performance measurement frameworks while contributing to monthly board reports and improved reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Solid management accounting experience with FTP, cost/revenue allocations.
• Experience in risk-adjusted performance reporting and budgeting.
• Strong data interrogation and financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior finance leaders to translate complex financial outcomes for stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and allocation cycles with key metrics (FTP, margins, costs).
• Analyze performance measures (ROE, PACC) and improve reporting frameworks.
• Assist in monthly Finance Executive and Board reporting with clear commentary on variances.
