Job summary

Royal Automobile Club of Queensland is seeking a Performance Management and Continuous Improvement Specialist in Queensland. You will develop measurement frameworks, build dashboards and scorecards, and lead improvement initiatives to enhance service outcomes and value for members.

You’ll collaborate with Technology leaders to turn data into actionable insights, drive efficiency, accountability and data-driven decision-making across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience developing performance measurement and reporting frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement and performance-management practices.
• Experience creating dashboards, scorecards and management reports.
• Strong data analysis, root-cause analysis and problem-solving capability.
• Experience facilitating workshops and delivering improvement initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance frameworks, scorecards, dashboards and reporting models.
• Define and govern meaningful performance indicators and service metrics.
• Analyse performance trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Lead improvement workshops, reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track improvement actions, realised benefits and performance outcomes.
• Provide clear insights to support planning, prioritisation and decision-making.
