Qualifications

• Extensive media investment and implementation leadership in a top agency or equivalent.
• Experience leading cross-channel teams at senior director or head level.
• Deep knowledge of Australian media, including TV, BVOD, CTV, DOOH and digital.
• Strong track record in annual investment frameworks and commercial agreements.
• Programmatic expertise across DSPs, PMPs, open exchanges and CTV/BVOD.
• Proven negotiation skills delivering client value and strong partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead media investment governance across all channels, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Own investment frameworks, pricing benchmarks and value delivery.
• Oversee programmatic activation, including DSP governance and marketplace curation.
• Design scalable workflows and automate processes for efficiency and quality.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools into campaign setup, optimization and analysis.
• Partner with strategy, performance, data and tech teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Present recommendations and outcomes to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Develop and inspire a cross-channel implementation and investment team.
