Online Projects seeks a skilled Video Content Creator to produce scroll-stopping visuals for diverse clients. You will lead the full creative process from concept to final export, delivering engaging stories across social and digital platforms.

You will plan, shoot, and edit content, manage shoots end-to-end, and own post-production, including color grading and audio. The role demands creativity, collaboration, and a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating creative storytelling and technical skill.
• Expert post-production skills from editing to final export.
• Hands-on experience with professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Strong people skills to make clients comfortable on camera.
• Creative thinking to develop concepts aligned to brand direction and campaigns.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and clients.
• Excellent time management to deliver in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
• Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Tech-savvy and highly organized workflow.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit video content across social and digital platforms for a range of clients.
• Develop and implement content strategies to support marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Create video, photographic and multimedia content for social media, websites and other digital marketing platforms.
• Manage shoots end-to-end, including camera, lighting, and audio equipment setup.
• Own the full post-production workflow, including editing, colour grading, audio, and exporting.
• Direct talent on camera, creating a comfortable and confident environment for clients and subjects.
• Collaborate with the team and clients to turn ideas into engaging visual stories.
• Manage multiple client projects concurrently, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
