• Conduct analysis and interpretation of performance data with a focus on identifying suitable outcome and output based performance measures for reporting.
• Provide technical advice to Corrections Victoria business areas to improve understanding of data and develop robust solutions for performance reporting.
• Analyse, interpret and present statistical information to senior management on issues impacting system and regional performance, including trends and population considerations.
