Job summary

The Explore Life is seeking a Performance Ad Creative and Content Strategy specialist to join our Gold Coast team. You’ll shoot, edit and ideate content across social channels, and work closely with the founders to craft stories that resonate with our audience.

You’ll manage shoots, develop recurring formats, and adapt content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube, balancing organic and paid priorities while keeping calendars on track.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for social media, especially short-form video.
• Strong shooting and editing skills.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Ability to plan and coordinate shoots.
• Knowledge of social analytics and performance.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form and long-form content for social media, ad platforms and website use.
• Capture day-to-day behind-the-scenes content across the warehouse, office, trips, products and team.
• Develop content ideas and recurring content formats.
• Plan and coordinate shoots from concept through to delivery.
• Work directly with founders to create founder-led content.
• Organise & Coordinating Content Shoots.
• Collaborate with UGC creators, brand ambassadors and other talent.
• Keep up with emerging social trends and identify opportunities early.
• Create content for organic social and paid advertising (image & video).
• Repurpose content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
