Job summary

Lemon Tree Marketing on the Gold Coast is seeking a Social Media & Content Coordinator to lead content creation and strategy for multiple clients. You’ll plan, shoot and edit social-first content across Reels, TikTok, Stories and paid social, and work with our digital and creative teams to bring ideas to life.

You’ll be hands-on, turning concepts into scroll-stopping content while collaborating with account managers to deliver campaigns that align with brand voice and audience goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in social media or content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats, trends and best practices.
• Proven experience developing and executing organic social media strategies and content plans.
• Hands-on experience creating social-first video content, particularly Reels and TikTok-style content.
• Confidence capturing photo and video content independently.
• Experience planning and coordinating content shoots from concept through to delivery.
• Strong understanding of what makes content engaging across different platforms.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt your writing to different brands and audiences.
• Experience using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop content plans, calendars, ideas and creative concepts aligned to each client’s brand, audience and objectives.
• Manage client social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
• Work with the Digital Team and Account Managers to develop and execute social media strategies for a range of clients.
• Write engaging social copy, captions, hooks and other content tailored to each client’s tone of voice.
• Identify social trends, content opportunities and emerging formats to keep client activity fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with clients, creators and influencers to develop and coordinate social content and campaigns.
