Job summary

The Explore Life is seeking an Experienced Ad Creative and Social Media Content Creator to join our team. You will shoot, edit and strategize content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube, while capturing behind-the-scenes moments across our warehouse, office and events.

You will work closely with the founders and broader team to ideate, execute shoots and deliver compelling content that resonates with audiences.

Qualifications

Experience creating content for social media, especially short-form video.
Strong shooting and editing skills.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
Knowledge of trends, hooks and audience retention.

Responsibilities

Shooting and editing short-form and long-form content for social media, ad platforms and website use.
Capturing day-to-day behind-the-scenes content across the warehouse, office, trips, products and team.
Developing content ideas and recurring formats.
Planning and coordinating shoots from concept through delivery.
Collaborating with founders to create founder-led content.
Managing content calendars, shoots and deadlines.
