Job summary

Sydney Football Club is seeking a standalone People & Culture Manager to lead all aspects of human resources across the club. You will own recruitment, workforce planning, compliance, employee relations, policies and performance management, training and payroll coordination to foster a high-performance culture across football and administration.

Responsibilities

• Act as sole HR contract for the club
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures across the club and in line with legislation
• End to end recruitment
• Manage the club's contracts for all employees, independent contractors and volunteers
• Manage employee relations
• Design & lead performance management reviews and conversations
• Provide professional advice to all management and staff
• Implement and lead workplace training
• Manage onboarding and offboarding process
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant laws
