Job summary

NSW Reconstruction Authority is recruiting a Manager, People and Talent Operations in Sydney. You’ll lead day-to-day delivery and continuous improvement of People & Culture services, translating priorities into actionable operational plans and service standards.

You'll oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning and employee lifecycle programs, establish governance, monitor performance and use data to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading high-volume people operations within government or regulated settings.
• Translate priorities into operational plans and service standards.
• Strong people leadership, prioritization and accountability.
• Experience overseeing talent acquisition, workforce planning and lifecycle services.
• Proven ability to establish controls, monitor performance and manage risk.
