Job summary

Nine, Australia’s largest locally owned media company, is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator on a 12-month contract in a hybrid role across the NSW team. You’ll deliver high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle and serve as a first point of contact for leaders and staff.

Responsibilities include contract documentation, Workday task management, compliance guidance on EBAs/Awards, visa assistance, and partnering with Talent Acquisition to support systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a HR support or coordination role, including handling HR documentation and employee records management.
• Exposure to HR policies, compliance requirements, and industrial instruments such as EBAs and Awards.
• Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and a resilient mindset suited for a high-pressure environment.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.
• Strong time management skills with a passion for delivering superior customer service and employee experience.
• A tertiary qualification in HR and experience with Workday (or other HRIS), ServiceNow (or similar platforms) and Google Workspace is highly regarded.
