Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will oversee remuneration and reward, employee relations compliance, HR systems, and data analytics, while leading a high-performing team across a multi-site operation.

You bring extensive experience in HR Operations, industrial relations and enterprise agreements, with a proven ability to balance strategy with hands-on leadership

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end people operations in complex, multi-site workplaces.
• Deep expertise in HRIS, payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
• Ability to translate workforce data into executive-level insights.
