Job summary

Eskleigh Foundation seeks a People & Safety Advisor to support the P&C function as a strategic partner across Tasmania. You will advise leaders on performance and safety, helping shape a fair, just culture within the organisation.

Based in Perth, near Launceston, the role offers flexible FT or PT hours with salary packaging for a not-for-profit. A National Police Check, WWVP with Child & NDIS Employment registration and a driver’s licence are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a generalist P&C professional with WHS exposure.
• Advising leaders on performance management and employee relations.
• Committed to fostering a fair and just workplace culture.
• National Police Check, WWVP with Child & NDIS Employment registration and a driver’s licence required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic P&C advice to leaders and managers.
• Oversee WHS and safety programs across sites in Tasmania.
• Support performance management and employee relations initiatives.
• Travel statewide across Tasmania as needed.
