Job description

Company Description

Eskleigh Foundation is a long-standing not-for-profit organization in Tasmania, dedicated for over 70 years to supporting Tasmanians living with disability. As one of the state’s most experienced disability providers, Eskleigh offers high-needs care in group homes, in-home support, respite care, and a variety of day activity programs. Services can be accessed through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), the Motor Accidents Insurance Board (MAIB), the Disability Support for Older Australians Program (DSOA), or via private funding. Despite changes in the disability support sector, Eskleigh remains committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered care across Tasmania while maintaining its not-for-profit values.

Role Description

Eskleigh Foundation is looking for a People & Safety Advisor. The P&C team is currently undergoing a transformation from an administrative function, to an impactful organisational partner.

We are looking for someone who is a true generalist P&C professional, with experience in WHS and advising leaders on performance management, alongside a fair and just culture.

This role is based in Perth, 15 minutes from the Launceston CBD at the historic Eskleigh Home. The role will require statewide travel where needed, as we have sites in the North, NW and Southern regions of Tasmania.

The role is flexible, whether FT or PT hours available for the right candidate, as well as the salary based of experience. As a not for profit organisation, there is also salary packaging available as well.

Candidates are advised that Eskleigh works under the NDIS and other bodies within the community sector. A National Police Check, WWVP with Child & NDIS Employment registration and a drivers licence is required for the role.

Applications will close Friday, 9 October 2026, however we will be reviewing applications throughout the period.
