Job summary

Stratco is seeking a motivated, sales‑focused team member to join our Retail Call Centre. This full‑time, permanent role involves phone-based sales, accurate order entry, and handling store phone overflow.

You will coordinate with internal teams to process orders, with a rotating Saturday roster and no Sunday or evening work. You will manage telephone sales, enter orders accurately, and liaise with internal sales, manufacturing, and despatch teams.

• Essential: Driven to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Essential: Desire to learn Stratco products and industry.
• Essential: Availability to work every second Saturday - 9am to 2pm.
