Job summary

UnitingCare SA is seeking an experienced People Experience Business Partner to collaborate with leaders, drive strategic and operational people outcomes, and strengthen engagement, performance, and culture across the organisation.

You will coach leaders, manage complex employment relations matters, and shape organizational capability while ensuring compliance with legislation and enterprise agreements. A values-led, inclusive workplace is central to this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in IR/ER, organisational development, culture, or leadership capability within a complex environment.
• Ability to influence and partner with leaders to lift performance and inclusion.
• Strong understanding of employment law, awards and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to provide practical, values-driven People Experience advice.
• Lead complex employee and industrial relations matters including investigations and disputes.
• Advise on enterprise agreements, awards, and Fair Work legislation.
• Monitor IR developments and support compliance while managing risk.
• Support workforce planning, succession, and organisational change.
• Coach leaders to build high-performing, values-led teams.
• Use data to identify trends and drive workforce improvements.
