Job summary

SLR Consulting is seeking a People Partner for Asia Pacific to shape people strategies that drive growth, strengthen leadership, and enhance organisational performance. You will partner with senior leaders across a diverse portfolio, advise on workforce planning, talent, succession, engagement and change, and collaborate with APAC People teams to deliver practical, high-impact solutions.

This is a trusted advisory role balancing strategic thinking with delivery, influencing through relationships

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a People Partner or HR Business Partner role.
• Experience in workforce planning, talent management, organisational development and change.
• Strong stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills.
• Ability to translate data into practical business recommendations.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline.

About The Role

As a People Partner in Asia Pacific, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the People strategies that enable business growth, strengthen leadership capability and enhance organisational performance.

Partnering with senior leaders across a diverse portfolio, you'll provide strategic advice and practical solutions on workforce planning, organisational design, talent, succession, engagement and change. You'll help leaders navigate growth opportunities, solve complex people challenges and create high-performing teams that deliver lasting impact. This is an opportunity for an experienced HR People Partner who enjoys operating as a trusted advisor, influencing decision-making and connecting people outcomes to business success.

You'll work closely with our APAC People team, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, People Services and global specialist teams, to deliver people initiatives that drive meaningful outcomes across the region.

• Proven experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
• A track record of partnering with leaders to solve business challenges through people-focused solutions.
• Experience in workforce planning, talent management, organisational development and change.
• Strong stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills.
• The ability to translate data and insights into practical business recommendations.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
