Job summary

SLR Consulting in Australia is seeking a seasoned People Partner to shape Asia Pacific people strategies that drive growth, leadership capability and organizational performance.

You will partner with senior leaders to align workforce planning, talent and change initiatives, coach leaders, and translate data into practical business recommendations while collaborating with the APAC People team to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
• A track record of partnering with leaders to solve business challenges through people-focused solutions.
• Experience in workforce planning, talent management, organisational development and change.
• Strong stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills.
• The ability to translate data and insights into practical business recommendations.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.

About The Role

As a People Partner in Asia Pacific, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the People strategies that enable business growth, strengthen leadership capability and enhance organisational performance.

Partnering with senior leaders across a diverse portfolio, you'll provide strategic advice and practical solutions on workforce planning, organisational design, talent, succession, engagement and change. You'll help leaders navigate growth opportunities, solve complex people challenges and create high-performing teams that deliver lasting impact. This is an opportunity for an experienced HR People Partner who enjoys operating as a trusted advisor, influencing decision-making and connecting people outcomes to business success.

You'll work closely with our APAC People team, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, People Services and global specialist teams, to deliver people initiatives that drive meaningful outcomes across the region.
