Sharp & Carter is partnering with a global manufacturing business to recruit a People & Culture Business Partner who will support a diverse client group of around 75-80 employees across technical, professional, and R&D-focused functions. You will work closely with leaders to shape culture, uplift capability, drive performance, and support business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a HR Generalist, HR Advisor or Business Partner role
• Strong employee relations and performance management experience
• Experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives
• Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
• Able to build credibility quickly and provide pragmatic advice to leaders

Partnering closely with leaders, you'll play a key role in shaping culture, enhancing capability, driving performance, and supporting business outcomes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, providing strategic people advice, managing complex employee matters, and helping organisations successfully navigate change.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver people initiatives aligned to business objectives
