• Proven experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
• Track record of partnering with leaders to solve business challenges through people-focused solutions.
• Experience in workforce planning, talent management, organisational development and change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align people strategy with business priorities and workforce needs.
• Provide expert advice across workforce planning, organisation design, talent and succession.
• Coach leaders to strengthen leadership capability, performance and employee experience.
• Use workforce insights and data to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and inform decision‑making.
• Lead and support initiatives that enhance engagement, culture, organisational effectiveness and change outcomes.
• Collaborate across the People team to deliver practical, high‑impact people solutions.
