Job summary

KFC is seeking a People Experience Specialist to shape a modern employee experience across our corporate team in Australia. You’ll lead HR operations, technology integration, and continuous improvement of people processes.

You’ll manage end-to-end HR administration, maintain data integrity, support HRIS projects (Workday/SuccessFactors), and partner with global teams to deliver seamless employee experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ experience in HR / People Operations / People Systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless people operations in partnership with a newly formed shared service hub.
• Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity across systems.
• Support HR process queries and policy interpretation.
• Coordinate employment documentation and compliance.
• Contribute to reporting, audits and people metrics.
