Qualifications

• 3-5 years previous experience in Human Resources.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of Industrial Relations principles and workplace legislation.
• Knowledge of visa and labour hire agreements.
• Ideally have previous experience in manufacturing or agriculture industry.

• Participate in day-to-day Employee Relations issues.
• Support end to end recruitment activities.
• Conduct effective workplace disciplinary investigations.
• Maintain employee records within Dayforce.
