Job summary

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Systems and broader HR teams to ensure compliant, accurate documentation and timely service across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR coordination or People Operations.
• Strong Microsoft Office and data management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of Enterprise Agreements or public sector HR is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee and manager HR enquiries.
• Prepare employment contracts and variations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Provide support on policies, procedures and Enterprise Agreement entitlements.
• Assist with HR administration, reporting, compliance and projects.
