Job summary

Macmahon Holdings Limited is seeking a trusted People Business Partner to be the primary HR contact for operational leaders, delivering expert guidance and supporting all facets of people management. You will drive Macmahon's people frameworks, promote our values, and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture that supports our workforce and business success.

You will partner with leaders to deliver talent acquisition, onboarding, mobilisation, retention and workforce planning across the Group

Qualifications

• HRBP experience in mining or contracting organisations.
• Tertiary qualification in HR or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employee and industrial relations standards.
• Experience using HRIS systems and reporting (SuccessFactors desirable).

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to deliver people initiatives across Group and Shared Services.
• Provide HR and employee relations guidance on performance, investigations, disciplinaries and terminations.
• Use HR metrics and HRIS data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, mobilisation, retention and workforce planning for the groups.
