You will lead the team, coach for progression, manage weekly store walks, and ensure VM guidelines are applied to maximise sales and visual impact.

You will contribute to a people-first culture, support recruitment and development, and help create a high-energy environment that keeps customers engaged from desk to dancefloor.

Qualifications

• Ability to coach and develop staff for progression.
• Strong customer service and sales-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support the store team to achieve people, performance, planning, and operational goals.
• Drive sales performance in line with retail goals, budgets and KPIs.
• Plan and execute VM guides to the VM guideline standard.
• Conduct effective weekly store walks with the Store Manager to discuss store opportunities and actions.
• Primary point of contact and manager on duty during Store Manager's RDO and Annual Leave.
