You will lead in-store activities, support VM execution, and ensure weekly store walks translate into actionable improvements while serving as the on-duty manager in the Store Manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and coach a store team.

• Ability to deliver feedback and develop internal progression.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in driving store performance and customer experience.
• Lead weekly store walkthroughs and implement action plans with the team.
